we did something a little different in our store;
if your force was totally painted (at least three colors in general...)
and your opponent's wasn't totally painted, your force recieved
some minor but helpfull advantage:
        BloodBowl - extra ReRoll
        WH40K - extra strategy card
        WHFB - other guy has to go on the first beverage run
        etc...
not too overwhelming, but does give good incentive for everyone
to have a fully painted force eventually!
