As I read the rules for shooting, harder troops in front won't protect
weaker troops behind. Anything in range can be hit, you just skip over
the targets you don't wound until you find the closest model that you
do. So if you want to protect your heavies, gotta put regular troopers
out front. Something with the same armor anyhow. Then they'll protect
the heavies, but only once.
