I will agree with most of this:

1. Fair enough.

2. Fair enough.

3. Fair enough. Except perhaps the fine details.

4. I have a serious problem with flyer Gyro's. A simple Gasbag rule that
   doesn't slow game play is better than a bad set of basic stats for the
   Overlord. And the Overlord should probably be a flier. This will cut
   down special rules to a minimum. It definatly should not be a skimmer!
