One thing to remember is that vehicles/artillery that fire heavy barrages
fire every other turn. Only warmachine heavy/barrages fire every turn.
Looking at the model and a foggy memory of the Goliath makes me feel
that the Goliath should be a mega-cannon with artillery with 30-90 cm
range.
