Not at all, it protected the titan against WBBT, Magnus, and
Warlock powers (psychic lock).

That's a good idea... of course, there would have to be some
penalty, like -1 to hit or something.

Hmmm... a little more complicated but I understand why you
want to add that, since troops with no BMs auto-pass the Ld test.
Still, nothing's going to translate perfectly and this power wouldn't
really work against any number of opponents in 2nd edition anyway
(marines, squats, demons, etc).

Well this didn't have to do with how accurate something
was, just if it actually worked every turn or not (love them orks!).
Since the rules for Ork stuff not working have been removed, I
don't know if this kind of thing has a place anymore or not (along
with the Eldar Dodge, Imp Heavy Shielding, etc).

I guess, but I don't remember at all what shouting counters
did for the Mega, and what having extra counters meant.
