        9 Heavy Barrages a turn!!! That's 18 Cannons! At 50 points
a cannon... let's see... a _900_ point detachment? Plus screening
troops? Yeesh. But then, for 9 Hvy Brgs you'll be getting between
36 to 54 FP on a single detachment... Ouch.
