[Epic] ork artillery question

Your approach looks to be pretty much the right one. Recent discussion on
the list has concluded that orky artillery can be transported by
battlewagons and such, however the rules for preparatory bombardment do stop
artillery in the detachment from moving and limit the rest of the units in
the detachment to overwatch special orders.
