[Epic] Procedure for using flyers

Hello maillist.

Our group is somewhat confused about the procedure for using flyers.

Is this the correct approach:

1. In the "Declare flyer missions" phase each player, starting with the
player with the lowest strategy rating, takes turns declaring the mission
for one of their ready detachmnts. Flyers are not at this point deployed on
the table.

2. At any point during a player's movement phase he may deploy a detachment
on Transport or Ground Assault orders along any table edge. The flyers must
point in the same direction.

3. The opponent engage with any interceptors, followed by any interceptors
from the defender.

4. Resolve any intercepts.

5. Carry out mission.

If a player has several detatchments on Transport or Ground Assault orders
repeat from 2.
