[Epic] Titan Close combat weapons

I think that the best way to use the close combat weapons (which double
assault value and automatically inclict catastrophic damage on other war
engines) vs titans with holofields would be to roll to hit as normal as if
you had won close combat and any hits which were not saved would result in
catastrophic damage (any failed holofield saves).
