Okay, here is another question, this one a friend put to me.
If you have =
blast markers on your detachment and you fire at two different
detachment t=
argets, do you have to deduct the blast markers from your
firepower when yo=
u fire at each detachment, OR can you say soak up all the
blast markers fir=
ing at one of the detachments (providing you have
sufficient firepower) and=
then fire unhindered at the other detachment.

I believe yo=
u first total up the firepower for your detachment, deduct 1 fire power per=
blast marker, then divide the remaining fire power any way you choose betw=
een any number of eligible enemy detachments. Of course an enemy detachmen=
t has to be the closest detachment to be elible (unless your detachement ha=
s super heavy weapons), but any number of equally close enemy detachments c=
an be fired upon; and you decide how to split up the remaining firepower.
=
If your detachment has a combination of firepower and anti-tank weapons, yo=
u choose to either deduct 1 fire power per blast marker or 1 shot from an a=
nti-tank weapon; and if you have multiple blast markers, you choose with ea=
ch blast marker how to resolve it.
