I don't know what imperial players can do about SHVs, but other IG
players I know have had some success with artillery to bring down
overlords. It may not be the most cost effecient way to kill them,
but it works. I have had luck using gargant deth cannons and the
like (one shot, good save mod, long range) to bring them down.
Other than that, I use stuff not available to the IG.
