tealer Cult

Okay, I see your point. As much as I hate to discard the ide=
a of a properly
converted old-style Stealer Cult warlord, They are a branch=
 of the imperium kept
very well guarded and close to home. Maybe restict t=
he Cult to maximum 1 Titan
detachment in the entire force, no titans in les=
s than 1k point battles? Plus,
-1 on repair rolls?

Possibly no more than =
1 titan detachemt for each 2K of force(sort of like a dominatix) I think if=
they did have a titan it would be repaired, because it would mean the tech=
nitions ect had been taken over. I would let them have plenty of super heav=
y tanks however. -1 on repair rolls is pretty tough on them. Admitedly the =
cults are useless in 40K. (Weaker than Tyranids, which are the weakest 40K =
army)
