[Epic] Eldar Farseers

I believe that the regular Eldar Farseer should be renamed Warlock Master
and the points reduced. I agree that Farseers should be limited in the army
(as the GW explanation for their cost), but they cost more than a Librarian
and are not as good. I believe that you should only have one Farseer in the
army and that would be the supreme commander if no Avatar is present.
