I can't see why. According to Realm of Chaos, Slaves to Darkness the Grey
Knights is a complete space marine chapter (666 created in an unregistered
founding shortly after the official third founding).

The difference from other chapters is that they are attached permanently
to the Ordo Malleus and that the members are specially trained to deal
with daemons.

If you are fielding a part of this chapter, then it should be possible
to field vehicles as well.
