        *If* you hit... even if you're firing at guardsmen you'd
only hit with 20 of those shots. Furthermore, sticking 1 BM on
a bunch of detachments doesn't do squat. BMs are only really
effective when you pile them on, and that's not going to happen
if you spread your FP out like that. Nothing unfair about it.
