That's why the inquisition has to kill or brain-wipe those who have seen
chaos: they could understand who is on the "evil" side .
Of course, after living a life in polluted hive worlds under a strict
dictatorship enforced by fanatic inquisitors, imperial people should figure
this by themselves ;)
