Why wouldn't you want a Shadow Seer on a bike? It's far
cheaper than putting a Farseer on a bike, and just as effective if
you're building a bike detachment.

to HAVE to put them on bikes though, which was the point, that there was a
bug in the army list and you can't buy them transports, ie. a falcon or serpent.
