There was either a remark by AC on this, or it's in the E40K books.
Basically, a disrupt weapon that successfully disrupts is a 'hit' for
the purposes of BMs.
Thus, if a single Disruptor fires, you get either 2 BMs or none. If 2
fire, you can get 0, 2 or 3. If 3 fire, you can get 0, 2,3 or 4. And if
4 fire, you automatically get 1 (4 SHWs firing) plus up to 4 others.
