My Land raiders couldn't shoot at the falcons until after the falcons
popped up and shot at the land raiders. By that time, of course, there
were usually many fewer land raiders. Also, since I was a marine
force, there wasn't much artillary to speak of.

[--->] Oh, your talking about 2Ed. Yeah, it that case the falcons were ok.
Not great, but definaly worth taking. I thought you ment E40K. In which
case shooting a land raider with a falcon gives dead falcons. They just
don't seem to do much in E40K. My normal oppoents are all imperial players.
All space marine players in fact. So basicly all i see are tanks and space
marines. We also got a starting tyranid player who shows up occasionally.
