Heck, you could easily adopt all the A&A stuff-
say you start with x factories, it costs y points to
build a factory, etc etc.
[----->] I suppose factories would produce points. I.E. each factory
producse, oh say 50 points a turn. Which can be used to buy troops and
equipment. One good thing about e40K is that since you buy troops and
equipment individual, there is not as much of a problem with detachments
being reduced in strength. You can just shuffle units around between
battles to build new ones, as this happens in real life anyway. 2 half
strength divisions make a whole one.
