Any HQ unit that is designated as such regardless if infantry, vehicles or
knight class is virtually an independent unit distinctly apart from the company
it forms parts. This means that it is activated separately from the other
detachments of its company and may move and act independently of the other
detachments. All HQ units may move up to their charge move in the movement phase
and fire in the first fire phase. Only that stand/vehicle gets this bonus
behavior all other units behave in standard fashion for their type. This means
that their is usually only ONE unit in a company that can do this. Ork Nobz are
the exception since all nobz are HQ units (command units).
Better?
