one, but they'd all be "related". Geez, i wonder what really low tech

-->base it all off of the existing stuff. If you have the old AT and SM1
stuff, that is in effect Heresy era stuff. Real basic stuff, not a whole
lot of choices. Then just progress from there, adding in something "new"
to each succesive list. As for "low tech" Orks (aren't they anyway?),
they're called "gretchin."
