I would say that elites should not be immune. But they should definately be
more resilient. Same goes for troops in cover.
How about a suppression save?
Elite units and troops in trenches etc. might get a 4+ saving throw from
suppression ?
Aircraft should propably be unaffected by suppression.
How about knights ?
