That's a good point. Unfortunately the fluff does state there are
companies of terminators, so eliminating them is difficult.

Just to throw in a penny here....I still think the termie company card
should die altogether.
Terminators are as hard as nobz or exarches (well, almost) and I cant
see
any reason, games-wise or fluff-wise why the marines should field that
many
terminators in one go. Count the number of suits and then consider that
only
the first company of a chapter have these suits. Risking so many in a
battle
just wouldnt happen
