Well, the nobz are ALWAys going to be within 10 cm of regular troops. Since
they have to to give orders.
So they would be untargetable anyway except in special circumstances.
However, maybe a change is required. Use the roll of 6 to acquire the target
but only if the HQ is within 25 cm or so of regular forces ?
