Hi!

The only vehicles that move at 10cm are praetorians which would not
benefit from the rule. Most vehicles move at 20cm or more.

Without checking the army lists (I'm at work), I think
some vehicles only move 10cm in the first place. So
they would move at double speed for being on the road?
