Ok. There aren't that many restrictions that I remember. This *is* the
Warhammer 40k universe - "war makes for strange bedfellows." The ones that
come to mind are:
Space Marines: different Chapters count as allies

Eldar - not Chaos
Eldar Pirates & Chaos Warbands - I can't see them allying with anyone

Chaos - not Space Marine or Titan Legions. I can see them allying with
(corrupting) an IG or PDF force, though.

Tyranid - no allies (they're all food)

Slaan - no more than 25% of their force may be allies. *pause* You know,
now that we've made this an offical rule, we need to come up with something
else for the Slaan. Let's remember this when we get around to the Slaan
Army Book, ok?
