Hi,
Good work on this project. It seems to be along similar lines to the
De'Aynes gallery itself, which was originally set up to catalogue painted
examples of all epic miniatures ever made. You're welcome to use images from
my site if due credit is given.
Flicking through, there are a few miniatures that are missing from the
listing in the current version:
Marine Bikes: Between MkI and MkII listed there was a metal bike (2 variants
with different riders) also released during AT era along with the Bullock
Jetbike (listed as MkI).
Bombard: The E40K era miniature was slighly different to the current piece
(which is shown as the MkII), so there should be an extra entry there.
Gorgon: The original gorgon had a mine laying "Tail". Thenthere was one with
minelaunchers & a small turret, then there was the large turret version you
have listed as MKII, so you're missing an entry. I also dont think the
Siegfried should be listed as a Gorgon - its a whole different vehicle (&
would probably fit inside a gorgon - its a small tank!)
Hydra: I believe the current models are without the radar dish so possibly
an extra Mk?
Land speeders: E40K model was indeed different so there should be 4 Mks
there.
Leman Russ: There were two earlyversions before the first with an image.
both had the same hull, one had ball mounts for sponsons, the other had
cylendrical mounts.
Marauder: Current version is the same as the E40K piece.
Predator: I believe there was another early version of this vehicle. There
was also 2 types for E40K (Annihalater & destructor) both different from the
current versions.
Razorback: again, there was adifferent model for E40K which is missingfrom
the listing.
Reaver: they are the same miniature, just no weapon options.
Rhino: The E40K piece was the same as the old plastic model, on a plastic
sprue with land raiders & whirlwinds.
SM infantry sprues: there was a tactical company sprue which had just
infantry & rhinos on it.
Thudd Guns: The new Siege masters have a new Thudd Gun & in fact also a
Rapier or tarantula which I'd forgotten earlier....
Thunderbolt: E40K & E:A editions are the same.
Warlord titan: There was a pre-Mk1 miniature which is only shown in the AT
rulebooks. It's some collectors questto get ahold of these.
Phew! Think thats all the notes I can come up with. having looked through
it, it appears you're already using a fair few of my minaitures anyway! nice
work all round. More of my stuff can be found at the Mercenary brush site
linked in my sig.
Cheers,
Paul "TuffSkull" T.
