And given the appeal of the Chaos Card penalty:
C) For every Power you field beyond the first, you get one less Chaos Card.
I dislike the restriction of separating your cards into piles, as that adds a record-keeping element to the game. I've been trying to get rid of as many of those as possible. I've also viewed the cards as an indication of the generic power of the warp in the area, not power from any specific source.
And yes, I've played and been thinking of games in the 3-6k range, mostly sans titans (as neither I nor the folks I played against had very many). We focused on combined infantry & tank battles with occasional air power. How do the dynamics of the game change?
