Animosity: Optional
Card Penalty: Core
Card Penalty (revised): Optional
If you recall: Animosity kind of got de-railed in that no concensus
developed as to who hated whom....If you mean the 'Everybody Hates
Everybody' rule as Core, I'd vote Yes with specific Animosities still
being Optional.
