My vote:

1) Yea. But lets discuss what the flyer rules will be and how they will
be integrated into the turn sequence.

2) Yea. Great

3) Yea. I think this will work pretty well. Infantry will still form
an effective barrier to tanks. If a tank moves within 1cm of any enemy
unit, it has just initiated Close Combat, and had better be on Charge
orders. Also, the new Skimmer rule adjustment looks very good.
