I think Companies would be too much to teleport but detachments very turn
could work....BUT if the first Det got wiped out would the rest know and
would they keep coming? Is that a command decision or would it be
decided before the teleport began, such as orders for 3 Dets to teleport
over the next 3 turns no matter what the result at the other end? Just a
thought.

-->They would keep coming. As long as there is a surviving Termie unit
on the table, the additional units won't disperse (beacons on the suits).
If no survivors on the table, the additional termies deviate from the
intended target. the idea is to put the entire company on one target
area (maintaining cohesion, and command). The teleporters aren't that
big, and can only handle so many termies at a time. The rate is set, and
the target gets determined prior to the first termies teleporting. thus,
the rest that follow on, head to the same target area, and if there are
termies there already, the follow ons don't deviate, like the initial
unit. Teleporting isn't a sure thing, as they will deviate on the first
drop (teleporters aren't that accurate with out a beacon).
So, on turn 1, the first detachment teleports to an objective.
If the SM player is lucky, his stands won't deviate too far from the
target and each other. Of course, it is also possible that they will be
scattered and mopped up too. The follow ons would then face the same
situation. Scatter is the equalizer here, and random, as it should be.
