So then we should make up some kind of Primarches for the ones that have died, and make the Primarches that are still not dead by fluff, with some lesser Deamon stats and give them say one or two cards when you take their Primarch. So like for Iron Worriors you have to take Perturabo then you can take the one Iron Warrior card and one delt out Chaos card. You can build your army around him like you may take 1-5 Company cards

  You know Weasel just pointed something out to me. How can the new Space Marines of chaos, if they don't follow one Greater Deamon, be able to take Chaos cards? They wont!! so you'll have to kill this one shot power cards idea for no Great Deamon no cards. So lets just stick to making each of the newer chapters different with units and army make up. Just allow them the generic deamons.

  -->The problem with this is that it ignores Chaos Undivided, so legions such as the Black Legion (sons of Hours/Luna Wolves), and the Word Bearers, which worship Chaos Undivided, get screwed over. Unaligned legions I can see this for, but for those that are defined as following Chaos Undived should get something. I may be no greater demons, but they should get Chaos cards, and the minor demons.
