Hi Eivind!

Congrads on your victory. I've never played against/with the Slann, but
they sound horrific.

Just curious, how many games have the Slann won, lost, or tied?

I read Peter's post about it being a mistake to NOT land on turn 1. But
I think you did the right thing. Drop Pods can really paralyze an
enemys movement. I remember the first time it happened to me ;)

After a couple of poundings, you learn how to deal with it better, and
maintain a counter attack group. But it's NEVER easy. Interesting that
you lost 75% of your Pods. My usual best at shooting them down averages
about 25%.

I like your force selection, but I wouldn't be able to play it with our
Flyer House Rules. Flyers are Special Cards, 300pts. per card. But
with your rules, it looks really good, and REALLY MOBILE! Yeh!!!

I love to play Ultra Marines. Although they don't have the flashy close
combat ability of the Space Wolves, they hold thier own. I always love
to hear of Orthodox troops kicking butt, and taking no prisoners!

Thanks for the Battle Report, you made my day!

Warprat ;)
