I generally think the chaos cards are ok, allthough some of them
are a bit powerful. The Legion cards on the other hand, are
devastating....
The cards add flavor to the game, and i think they are a nice idea.
They let the unpredictability of the orks/tyranid/chaos come into
play. BUT, they should not be game killers, as some are...
No powers should ever work without a possibility for a save imo..

uhh, I didnt take the chaos powers into account, but I generally think they
are ridiculous anyway. Same goes for ork and tyranid cards.
WHy should one army get these special advantages for absolutely free, when
imperials, eldar, squats etc. get nothing.???
Are these armies poorer than any other army since they need these things to
have a chance or ?
What do some of the older veterans have to say on this ??
