Hi!
Slann titans have a psychic saving throw, so it would be difficult to
affect, just like the Imperator's save. Of course with luck you could
get a great result, but as with everything luck is fickle.
Holofields don't provide the same protection, its not a barrier to
energy just to target it, so the eldar titan has this downside. Then
again with their weapons and speed they make up for this.
