They were usually about the same as their power's GD's, just wih an
extra ability.
Probably were on the weak side based on the fluff.

I think those of us partial to Chaos are holding out hope for some kind
of WD or Cit Journal
"Special" article covering them, so we have something semi-official to
use.
Some of their power may come from smarts more than their ability to bash
heads, but
they still oughta be better than the lame "Daemon Prince" status.
