I suppose, if my opponent wanted to, I would allow him to shoot at
my Overlords on the chance that he might roll a hit on the scatter
die *and* roll doubles on the 6 sided dice.

If he's got nothing better than that to do with his SAG's, the game
is probably over anyway. I would think that orcs would want to
put their ammo (snotlings) somewhere with a much better chance
of producing a satisfactory *bang*.
