I use the old tinboyz and runtbots for extra stompas.

also, i use the old mekboy gargants as the warboss stompa
(with the buzz saw removed)

played around converting the old plastic and the new
stompas that come in the boxed set

switched arms, drilled out the belly, and put in a "baby gutbuster"
using the old dreadnought arms for the cannon

using the old knight arms look good for stompas too.

i try to have no two ork vehicles or stompas look the same. i just
thinks it looks better that way.

Once i tried a stompa/gargant force

take just about 10 nobz, so you can get

5 tinboys as ork dreadnoughts
5 stompas
warboss upgraded to a gargant(old slasha)

with the warlord in a great gargant.

this detachment didn't work well on the battlefield,
but it sure looked orky, esp. with the nobs
"hitching a lift" off some of the stompas
