        You can already do that last one - there was a Falcon
support card in TL. 150 points for 3, I think?

        A number of armies are already flexible in this manner
(Chaos, Orks, etc), and those armies seem to be the less regimented
ones (compared to SM & IG, who are stuck with taking Rhinos &
nothing good, respectively). So I think the reason all marines
come with the Rhinos is just meant to be part of the army's flavor.
