The man is right.

The boy ain't lying.

Kill the artillery and no one gives a damn if it is more effective in
overwatch or not. It is vulnerable to flyers and assault troops.
 Bikes are very effective as well, especially attack bikes (well we
know where I stand on the AB string) };^)

        I would think that artillery fired while on the
move (ie non-OW'd fire) would be less accurate than arty
fired while sitting still, at the very least.

        Because you're not getting rid of your opponent's
arty fast enough? =)
