There were a couple shots of one of the newish eggshell
Warlords. None of the old Turtle-shells or the new mecha.
I was the most imprsesed with the Reaver models. I was hoping
for more hand-drawn stuff, but that's really expensive, and I should
know better from seeing the old screen shots from the first attempt at
making the game.

Yup. It's also labelled as a Knight Paladin on the right side
of the screen in the unit stats in at least one screenshot. I just
want to see how damage is dealt with. I'm hoping for a lot more
detail, so there is such a thing as a damaged Land Raider, and stands
of boyz with less than 5 men that function at less efficiency than a
full squad.

I happen to *like* the old feel. It sounds like they're using
E40k force selection on a more Epic2 combat engine and unit choices.
(With only slightly more justification than wild speculation) I think
they've stated that they liked Epic2, they liked E40k, and they want
the best of both worlds. But I guess we'll have to wait and see if
our ideas of the best parts and their ideas match up. Doesn't look
like the Wierdboyz get to wander around on foot though. :)
