Not to mention you PAID THE POINTS to have skimmers. If someone else can't
buy skimmers as cheaply, tough. You can't buy thawks. If someone else
can't afford to have as many units on FF, tough. You have a shooty army.

It sounds like you should make Sir Chaos stick to a lot of the Q&A stuff.
Even if you play that everything pops up at the beginning of FF (the
fairest, I think), then you still get a chance ot fire your Tempests before
Magnus either by winning initiative, or because he may have something else
he wishes to FF first.

A dumb ruling if you ask me. WS's won't hit more than a handful of models,
and DW's have a slim chance of hitting a specific unit (unless it's
titan-sized), and a small area. I think the wording is pretty clear, and it
is hardly overpowering.

Yeah, basically that's what they said.

Whatever. Who's going to have anything but Banshees, Scorpions or
Harlequins in their Waveserpents? I say let 'em dog pile me. That just
gives me more stands to kill in HTH.

Right, that's about it. Not much.

I think all this is a result of some perceived cheese factor on the part of
Doomweavers. I'm beginning to see why the Eldar players on this list all
think DW's are useless. They've been hamstrung by unreasonable rulings.
They were a pretty limited use item before, because they needed a special
combinations to be really effective. Now they don't even have the chance to
use those combos.
