At epic scale, i dont think the medic would be able to treat an entire
stand, heal them all.

instead of a save, maybe let a detachment that has an attached medic, to
remove 2? blast markers extra each rally phase.

i see medics as a morale booster, rather than somebody who raises the
dead.
