[Epic] Ral Partha

FWIW, I buy Ral Partha exclusively in WHFB now. I have all the Dwarves
I need and Ral Partha has a new 28mm High Elf Line. They're better
looking than GW's, same size, and you get six for the price of GW's
two. I'm very surprised that anyone found Ral Partha to be more
expensive. They are definitely a bargain in my experience.
