For DeathSkulls, yes, vertainly. For Blood Axes.... possibly not. Sure,
a Rhino or Chimera conversion will be a battlewagon. But not any of the
other gear, e.g. Landspeeders. Nor any of the more Humie-loving stuff
which is unconverted. See the flavour rules for one solution.
