        I disagree on these points, though that doesn't justify the
Eldar having 15 point flak units either. I've always considered Eldar
gear to be far superior to the clunky, barely-functioning, blessed
with holy water constructions that the marines field, and I consider
them to be better warriors (though more fragile) as well. And yes,
I'm an Eldar player and biased. :)
