The Ork army list for Epic 41K is finished.
This is heavly based on Alan Brain's "Flavour" rules, but has had some
twithcing by me, mainly dealing with battle wagons and how Imperial
stuff is done.

I also cleaned up the Kustom Battle Wagon rules a hair, making explict
that if you choose a gun option, you only get one, to avoid someone
taking "Multi-barrel x 4" and "Big Guns", giving you 4 AT shots for 20
points. You get one or the other, not both.
