Space Marine standard bike units are set up as follows,
1 unit is represented by a 3 bike stand at a cost of 10pts. per unit.

Attack bikes are different. they are organized in squadrons cosisting of 1-3
individual bikes at a cost of 10 pts. per individual bike.
That's how it was explained to me when I bought the minis and I asked the
same question.
