You should be able to get the electronic components quite easily from most =
small electrical stores, however a better source is either RS (if you're in=
the trade) or Maplin Electronics whose catalogue can be picked up in any b=
ranch of John Smiths or Menzies.
Maplins can supply a wide variety of diff=
erent coloured and shaped LED's including flashing ones. These are likely t=
o be the best bet as they take up little current, do not get hot and are ve=
ry small so can be fitted quite easily into most parts of the model. A wide=
variety of switches and battery containers can also be purchased from them=
.
Hope this helps.

Subject: [Epic] Mega Gargant, Lights?
I have had the idea but not yet=
put it into practice of installing a
flashing red light inside a Mega Gar=
gant to give indication of fires
etc out of Gunports, back doors. from und=
erneith and maybe dril eye
out to get light coming out of their as well.
T=
he plastic sprues will need pruning before I asemble the model to
let the =
light come out and fit the electronics and battery in.
I was just wondering=
if anyone else had done this or similar and had
any advice or comments?
I=
probably wont get round to doing this for a while still got to
finish pai=
nting a Bad Moonz Mega Gargant (The back weapons and one
arm)
Not sure how=
small I can get the electronics and battery etc and
from where as of yet =
(Im from UK). The battery will also have to be
easily replaceable, last lo=
ng time and able to switch on and
off(would be cool to set up so move gun =
or twist head etc to turn
on,off.
